Your generosity helps off-set the costs of delivering our award-winning programs to all the local school districts in Rockbridge County.

The funding gap for our Project NEST program this fiscal year is the final $20,000 needed to continue this award-winning program.

We started this school year with a $20,000 gap in funding for Project NEST (Nurturing Environmental Stewardship Together), our award-winning environmental education program that serves more than 2,500 local youth, pre-K – high school. Our August NEST Appeal brought in over $8,000 from 67 donors (thank you!!!). These donations, matched 1:1 by 3 challenge donors brings the total to date to $16,000.
