Family Yoga in the Field

FAMILY YOGA IN THE BOXERWOOD FIELD
When: Saturday, March 20th from 2:00-3:00 pm
Instructor: Caroline Coons, Boxerwood educator and certified yoga instructor
Celebrate Earth Day with outdoor yoga for the whole family. Caroline will explore yoga postures of animals and plants with stories and some interesting facts about the natural world. This event is open to all. Bring your own mat if you have one. Boxerwood will have some to share. This is a free event for the community.
Park in the field at the end of Munger Lane and yoga will be near the stage where we have Music in the Garden. Please dress for stretching and movement.
