Ambassador Volunteer Launch

Do you like meeting people? Spending time outdoors in lovely settings? This spring Boxerwood is launching a new and expanded volunteer pathway: Boxerwood Ambassadors. No heavy lifting (or weeding!) required.

Inspired in name and spirit by a previous iteration (“Kiosk Ambassadors”), this revised opportunity is for those who might not have a lot of time but are keen to pitch in for Boxerwood as they can. Volunteer solo or with a buddy, — enjoy the shade of our garden kiosk and welcome visitors, and/or serve as tabletop hosts at occasional community events. Ambassadors shifts are typically 1.5 hrs and you may bring a friend. Sign up on a schedule that suits you.

At our group training sessions on 3/31 or 5/3 (pick either), we’ll review the basics, share intel about the garden and upcoming events, and conclude with a garden tour (optional).  Our 1-hr. session includes insider Q&A with Boxerwood Executive Director Emily Kohl. Select a registration option below.
