This spring one of our program dreams came true: a new Boxerwood-led club to bring youth from two middle schools into shared outdoor adventure and eco-action. Based at Maury River MS, the club made weekly excursions to nearby Barger Pond for tree planting, pond poking, and mud. We can’t wait to get started again next fall, thanks to a $10K award from the Chesapeake Bay Trust.
