May 11 – Miniature Gardening

10 am-12 pm ♦♦ 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm ♦♦ 3 pm – 5 pm

Create a pint-size garden using repurposed containers, miniature plants, a few furnishings crafted from nature, and lots of imagination! Families bring their own containers and small “found” objects for decorating. For each project, Boxerwood will supply soil, miniature plants, tiny upcycled treasures and a wee Garden Gnome.
Need ideas?
Look around your home or yard for something that you no longer use that can hold soil and water. Nothing bigger than 2’ x 2’, please! And what sort of tiny treasures can you find for decorating your garden? Buttons, beads, old doll furniture, polished pebbles, seed pods, bottle caps? Be creative – think like a garden gnome!
Since space is limited, we are offering 3 sessions:
10 am-12 pm ♦♦ 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm ♦♦ 3 pm – 5 pm
Families can work together on one or more project.
