April 7 – Where is Nature with Joe Murray

A former college biology professor and arboriculture instructor in the Mid-Atlantic region, Murray has traveled extensively in the US as an invited speaker at horticulture and arboriculture conferences. Although he earned all the college degrees and certifications necessary to be called an “expert,” he encourages homeowners to dispense with the advice of experts and to instead interact directly with their land to develop an authentic relationship. For the last five years, Murray has immersed himself in regenerative land care and spirituality workshops. Murray and his wife now grow medicinal herbs and naturalizing habitat for pollinators on a small farm in the highlands of Bath County.
