Ecoprinting is the process of printing on cloth or paper using natural materials such as leaves, flowers, seeds, grasses, and bark. Through a steaming process, the natural pigments and tannins in these natural materials are allowed to do their magic, creating a fascinating design.

In this workshop, led by Boxerwood board member Susan Meister, we will print on raw silk and water color paper. Participants are encouraged to gather plant materials from their yards and/or kitchens. Everything else will be provided including additional plant materials we gather at Boxerwood.

While our prints are steaming, Boxerwood board member and local yoga instructor Karen Stanley will lead a group yoga session in the garden.
